Rules and Regulations of Travel in Hire Car:
•
All tolls are included in fares.
•
In case of driver determination of misconduct by your party, he/she
has the right to terminate your agreement or journey without any
refunds.
•
Customer agrees that replacement Hire Car or Taxi Service may be
substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, Hire Car
involved in accident, or unavailability of Hire Car etc. by Partner
Company.
•
We do not guarantee color of Hire Hire Car, we take requests only.
•
Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity
of vehicle provided.
•
We shall not be the bailee of any items left in the
Hire Hire Car, and shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any
such item.
•
Client assures that no passenger shall consume alcoholic beverages.
No illegal drugs are to be used or carried into the Hire Hire Car, there
will be no eating or smoking in the Hire Hire Car or the trip will be
TERMINATED immediately.
•
Minimum charge is $100 to clean spillage.
•
We will not be liable for any damage arising out of
our inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical
difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions or any unforeseen
events beyond our control.
•
Client is responsible for any and all damages incurred to the Hire
Car committed by his/her party during the service time, either willfully
or accidental. (Rips, spills, burns, scratches or damage to any other
equipment.)
Payments, Refund and Cancellation Policy
•
Client understands that they have choice of payment; We accept all major credit cards, Some Debit Cards, Cabcharge Cards and Dockets.
•
Client also understands that we will ask for credit card number as security of payment for the booking
over the telephone, if client choses to pay by cabcharge then credit card will not be charged.
•
Client understands the $20 cancellation fee applies for cancellation of any booking (s). You will be issued with a reciept and sent to you in your email.
•
Client understands any changes to the journey, booking or reservation,
will result in a price change and will be charged to your credit card and you you will be issued a reciept and sent to you in your email.
•
We do not provide refunds, we will only give you credit to use our service for the next time you chose to travel with us.
•
We use our web calculator to charge all the travel done on point to point basis. If the reservation is made for the hourly rate we will charge you $85 an hour minimum 2 hours for Australian Sedan Cars and $120 an hour for European cars.
• If you make reservation via electronic means i.e. Email, SMS, or Internet there is no extra charge. If you chose to call the guest service centre, we wil charge you $15 service fees per booking, reservation confirmation will reflect the amount charged as booking fees.
• There is an 11% Credit Card surcharge on all transaction on the total amount charged to your credit card. Your reciept will reflect the amount charged as a Service Fees.
Period for booking
Client understands that they must book minimum 2 hours in advance
and that we do not take liability for
any booking made less than 2 hours prior to the journey.
Providing and Collection of Personal Information
Client hereby verifies that the pick up date, time, number of passengers
and all other related information is provided and correctly stated
by them; driver or booking agent will not be assuming any such
information.
We request certain personal information including names, addresses,
email addresses and telephone numbers. This information may be
stored in hard copy form or as electronic data in our computer
systems. We will not use this information
for any purpose other than for the provision of Hire Hire Car facilities or providing information regarding our own services.
The customer information we keep is used primarily to enable us
to provide a faster response when a customer becomes a regular
user of our services but it also helps us determine our human resources
requirements. We will, where permitted by law, destroy or make
unidentifiable personal information that is no longer needed.
We only collect data for the purpose of providing a service for
your transportation requirements. We do not sell, rent, or lease
our customer lists to third parties, Whilst we are proud of our
security, please be aware that there may be security issues at
your site or other issues which cannot be controlled by us. For
security purposes, your Internet protocol (IP) address will be
recorded when you submit data to us electronically or make an Internet Booking.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we
store is accurate, complete and up to date. If you believe that
the personal information we hold about you is incorrect in some
way, please let us know.

All intellectual property rights subsisting in the contents of
this website belong to us. All rights under
applicable laws are hereby reserved. Reproduction of this website

does not and cannot guarantee the availability of a Hire
Cars to carry out such hiring, the availability of a particular
type of Hire Car or the timeliness of any Hire Car request. We
will try our best to provide you on time service.
