Running a Limo / Hire Car business is not an easy task as it involves a lot of effort and technology. Below is the information on how Sydney Hire Cars conduct business to make our clients feel secure and safe in our hands. Sydney Hire Cars is owned and operated by very professional personell who have between them 30 years of experience in Air and Road Transportation, Marketing and Sales, and hold University qualifications in Commerce and Engineering, and Marketing and Psychology.
Information Security
As our customers use credit cards as form of payment, we at Sydney Hire Cars make sure that our clients information is secure 24/7. Our website server is 128 bit SSL secure and is being monitored 24/7.
Our credit authorisation system is being run and secured by National Australia Bank, which is one of the most reputable bank in Australia.
Our reservation and accounting server is also managed by the most reputable company in limo industry LimoAnywhere inc USA.
For our clients' added comfort and convenience, Sydney Hire Cars also offers a personalized reservation system complete with customer profiles. This data allows us quick and easy access for preferences in vehicles, routes, reading materials and refreshments. We can even provide a wake-up call in the morning. Sydney Hire Cars welcomes special requests like fresh flowers, dinner reservations and gift delivery. We will also be happy to establish a corporate account to guarantee accurate and timely billing.
Confidentiality Agreement / Non-Disclosure Agreement
All our drivers are in a non-disclosure agreement, which means no matter what conversation you have in car, with your staff or colleague or with our driver, will remain confidential forever. Our professional chauffeures understand the need of confidentiality in the present business world.
Personal Security
Sydney Hire Cars check every drivers record before hiring them, drivers go through full police and criminal hisrtory check. All our drivers are highly professional personnel and have years of experience in the travel industry. Travel free of worries with our chauffeurs as they are fully licensed and attirred in black business suit and have outstanding knowledge of Sydney.
All our chauffeurs are highly professional people who know exactly how to help the elderly, those with special needs and young children. Please feel free to ask for a child seat if it is required.
All the cars are black tinted to keep your identity concealed.
Dispatch System
To better dispatch information to our chauffeurs, our chauffeurs are equiped with following:
- Mobile phone or PDA,
- Mobile GPS Tracking System
- Telstra powered two way radio for full and fast despatch and back to base communication.
- Soon we will be installing a touch screen display system to receive jobs for drivers in the hire cars.
Payment Mathods
We accept following forms of payment:
- All major credit card
- Bank Transfer in to our account (onyl for booking made after three days of bank transfer as it will take around 2 days for money to appear in our account) please ask the operator for the banking details.
We do not accept:
- Cabcharge e-Ticket
- Cabcharge Card
- Blue Cabcharge Dockets
- Cash
- Personal/Company Cheque
- Money Orders
Service Fees / Booking Fees
Sydney Hire Cars charges $10 booking fees on top of the fare. Your credit card details will be held as security on your reservation and we charge your credit card on the day of your trip to secure the payment before dispatching the driver.
For Australian Credit Cards we do not charge any service fees. Credit Card surcharge is a part of the fare we will charge you.
All international credit cards are charged 2% credit card surcharge.
Cancellation Charges
- $10 Cancellation Fees will be charged for any job cancelled before the driver is dispatched or 1 hour prior to your trip.
- 50% of total fare will be charged as a cancellation fees If you cancel your trip with in one hour of the pick up time as the driver would have already been dispatched and it is not fare to waste his earning time.
Vehicles
At Sydney Hire Cars, we provide transportation services with the latest model professional vehicles. All our vehicle are kept in immaculate condition. We will meet any expectations our clients have for their transportation needs.
With a modern fleet of impeccably maintained vehicles, Sydney Hire Cars accommodates all guests with the finest in safe, courteous and prompt transportation service. All the vehicles gets weekly maintenence and daily cleaning and checkups.
